Four Falls Waterfall Walk 2023

Join us on Sunday, May 21st 2023, for an amazing walk between the very best Brecon Beacons waterfalls (as well as caves), covering a total of 15KM! It’s a route to remember and our most picturesque challenge yet!

Starting at Pontneddfechan, our walk will take on some unforgettable scenic trails. You will begin by getting up close to the Sychryd Waterfall before stepping into the Mellte Gorge. Our route takes us along the River Nedd where there’s an abundance of smaller but very beautiful waterfalls to see. We then meet Cwm Porth (home to an incredible cave system) where we’ll have lunch before joining the River Mellte to follow the classic Four Falls trail, covering Sgwd Yr Eira, Sgwd y Pannwr, Sgwd Isaf Clun-gwyn and Sgwd Clun-Gwyn. Here you will witness the power of these amazing falls stretching right across the Afon Hepste river. You may want to walk behind its cascading curtain and take some memorable photos.

Upon reaching the huge cave entrance of Cwm Porth, the walk will then take us on the Nedd Fechan decent with the final two falls of Horseshoe Falls and Sgwd Gwladys.

This amazing experience has the added bonus of every step taken being in support of those affected by bullying behaviour.

You will be given full support in the lead up to your trek from our fantastic fundraising team,  and on the day, receive full support from our members of our Safety Team.
