CuppaTime©

cuppa-timeRaise your mugs to raise money for BulliesOut!

CuppaTime© is a great excuse to get your friends together for coffee and cake whilst raising money for a good cause. It’s so easy, anyone can do it. All you need is a kettle and a mug to collect donations and you’re halfway there.

Every penny raised on the day goes to help the work of BulliesOut and will have a huge impact on the lives of those affected by bullying.

    Where? When? How?

    • You can hold a CuppaTime© event at home, at work, in the garden, at school or in a community hall or centre
    • CuppaTime© can be as simple as inviting a few friends over for tea and cake or hosting an elaborate garden party
    • Coffee mornings come in all shapes and sizes but this is your event and it’s up to you
    • Ask at school or your workplace if you can run a cake sale and sell hot drinks (if it is safe to do so) at the same time
    • You can also encourage your friends to do the same, no matter where they are.

Hot chocolate, flat white, herbal tea, latte, cappuccino or just plain tea or coffee – whatever you drink, each cup will make a difference to those affected by bullying.

    Need to talk?

If you are being bullied or are concerned about someone who is, you can receive help and support from one of our trained Mentors through our e-mentoring service.

If you would like a Mentor to email you, please contact: mentorsonline@bulliesout.com

If you would rather speak to someone over the telephone, you can call Childline on: 0800 1111

For any community-related issues, such as anti-social behaviour, we would suggest contacting your landlord, the local police or your local environmental health department (where applicable), as we are unable to deal with these types of complaints.
