Fundraising Heroes Awards
Our Fundraising Heroes Awards are an opportunity to recognise those amazing people that have helped advance the mission of BulliesOut to Make a Difference to the lives of those affected by bullying behaviour, going above and beyond and helping towards fulfilling our vision.
Acknowledging our wonderful fundraisers, each year, our Awards will recognise the top fundraiser in the below categories:
- Fundraiser of the Year
- Young Fundraiser of the Year
- Corporate Fundraiser of the Year
- School Fundraiser of the Year
The income generated through fundraising can help us save and change lives. At the end of the day, it’s with the help of our fundraisers that we are able to make a real difference and achieve the charity’s desired impact.
Over the years, we have been honoured by the fundraising achievements of our supporters, but during the Covid-19 Pandemic, like many other charities, we saw our fundraising events and activities cancelled, impacting hugely on our income. However, what we also saw, was how some of our fundraisers rose to the challenge, finding new and innovative ways to fundraise for us, ensuring our services were able to continue.
It was this passion and inspiration that led to our Fundraising Heroes Awards being established.
The first Award was given to 10yr old Indy who raised a tremendous £11,949.77 for BulliesOut in 2021 and following this, we introduced the above categories to enable us to recognise other areas of fundraising.
Fundraising is so important to BulliesOut and not only raises funds but raises awareness. We are grateful to all of our fundraisers and recognise each and every one. The Awards will enable us to highlight significant achievments of people who use their fundraising skills to bring about positive change.
