Need to talk?

If you are being bullied or are concerned about someone who is, you can receive help and support from one of our trained Mentors. We currently do not have the ability to provide support face to face or via the telephone and can only provide an e-mentoring service to those affected by bullying.

If you would like a Mentor to email you, please contact: mentorsonline@bulliesout.com

If you would rather speak to someone over the telephone, you can call Childline on: 0800 1111

For any community-related issues, such as anti-social behaviour, we would suggest contacting your landlord, the local police or your local environmental health department (where applicable), as we are unable to deal with these types of complaints.

Get Involved

Help Raise Awareness

BulliesOut is an invaluable resource for those affected by bullying – we need you to help us to spread the word.

Why Raise Awareness?

With more people willing to become involved in raising awareness of BulliesOut and the vital work undertaken by us, the more people we will be able to reach out to and assist.

There are still many young people in the UK and beyond who are unaware of the support they can receive from BulliesOut; hundreds of schools who are yet to benefit from our workshops and award winning training programmes and many others who have not heard of or accessed our many and varied resources.

What can I do?

  • Distribute resources in your local area
  • Tell people about BulliesOut and the work of our projects
  • Encourage others to purchase merchandise through our website
  • Display posters or collection pot in your school/college/ workplace
