Youth Training Coordinator

As we embark on the next phase of our strategy, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Youth Training Coordinator to join our team and develop and manage our Award-Winning Peer Mentor Programme.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident in facilitating in-person sessions to large groups of children and young people, can adapt training content/delivery to suit a variety of stakeholders, embraces new opportunities, problem-solves creatively and pays attention to detail.

You will book and deliver multiple training days during the week during term-time in primary and secondary schools. The rest of your time will be spent working with your colleagues to develop engaging resources, preparing resources, and recording the incredible impact you are having so we can promote your success stories.

Application Deadline Extended. Although the role is listed as full-time, we will also consider part-time hours. Please state which you prefer when applying.

Sessional Education Trainers

Would you like to join us in our mission to prevent bullying behaviour and protect children and young people? We are currently recruiting Sessional Freelance Trainers throughout England and Wales for face-to-face (and possibly some virtual) delivery of our workshops and training programmes.

We are looking for experienced self-employed trainers to join our team, who can cover different areas of England and Wales and who are happy to travel.

At BulliesOut, our team of people are passionate about providing support to individuals, schools, youth and community settings and the workplace through positive and innovative anti-bullying programmes and to empower individuals to achieve their full potential.
