21st Dec 2021
What a year it’s been for us all. Hasn’t it flown by? For us here at BulliesOut, 2021 has been a phenomenal year, where we have been privileged to work with so many schools, projects and businesses in making a difference to the lives of people across the UK.
What’s our word to sum up 2021? Empowerment. Because that’s what our 2021 has been about. Empowering you to make a difference in your own lives and in the lives of others. Empowering parents to help their children navigate the online world and create a positive digital footprint. Empowering children to make good choices and create positive friendships. Empowering organisations to create positive workplaces for their staff.
It’s been a year full of action, full of kindness and full of change for us here at BulliesOut. Linda, our Founder/CEO, has been as busy as ever with work, but has also managed a home renovation project in what little spare time she has. Steve has been fully booked all year with workshops and sessions, Lucy has taken on a new role as Head of Content and Media, Amie has continued to provide vital support through our Mentoring programme and we have welcomed Leah to the team as our new Youth Training Coordinator. We have welcomed new trustees to the board and retained Emma as our trustee secretary – what would we do without her.
We have welcomed a new cohort of ‘mini’ ambassadors to the BulliesOut family and have been delighted at their enthusiasm and energy. We have forged new Corporate Partnerships and continued with trusted established ones. We have welcomed new Charity Ambassadors and members and created a brand new BulliesOut podcast. It’s been a busy year. But a busy year equals a successful year for us. To those of you who have supported us through 2021, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We wouldn’t exist without your support. You make us the charity we are.
Happy Christmas from the BulliesOut Team. Have a wonderful festive period. See you in 2022!
