Did you know that by popping into our charity shop, you will be helping to support the work we do?

Through our fabulous charity shop in a central community of our City, we raise funds to help us continue our important work and support those who need us. This is our first shop and  thanks to the amazing team who run it, is unique, friendly and welcoming.

Donate your pre-loved goodies

We know how therapeutic a good sort out can be and that’s why we want you to know, your donations are always welcome! Our shop will always be looking for pre-loved goods to sell, with monies raised going towards helping us to continue our work. You could help us make a big difference just by bringing us a few bags of unwanted items.

We are grateful for your kind donations and to enable us to manage the anticipated volume, please would you contact us to book a time to drop off your donations. Please ring us on  07867 257740 or email fundraising@bulliesout.com

Become a Retail Shop Volunteer

Volunteers from the local community are vital to helping us ensure our shop run smoothly and effectively and we’re always looking for more people to get involved. If you can spare a few hours each week to help us in our shop, please visit our volunteering pages.

Need to talk?

If you are being bullied or are concerned about someone who is, you can receive help and support from one of our trained Mentors through our e-mentoring service.

If you would like a Mentor to email you, please contact: mentorsonline@bulliesout.com

If you would rather speak to someone over the telephone, you can call Childline on: 0800 1111

For any community-related issues, such as anti-social behaviour, we would suggest contacting your landlord, the local police or your local environmental health department (where applicable), as we are unable to deal with these types of complaints.
