What We Do

We believe that young people have the power to Inspire Change and Make a Difference. However, we know that when a person is bullied, it impacts on their dreams and aspirations, their academic ability and their overall emotional well-being and this can have a major impact on their mental health.

At BulliesOut, our e-mentoring and counselling support helps reduce isolation and loneliness and improve a person’s mental health. We deliver innovative, engaging and interactive anti-bullying workshops and training programmes that are developed to reduce bullying behaviour in schools and the workplace; change attitudes and behaviours, recognise and respect difference, promote positive relationships, understand impact and consequences and raise confidence and self-esteem.

We deliver empowering youth engagement programmes that encourage young people to take a stand against bullying and Make a Difference in their communities.

Our team work with parents, professionals and educators to understand the different dynamics of bullying behaviour and how best to deal with it in their environment.

Through our work, although each of our programmes has it’s own outcomes, overall, we work to reduce the prevalence of bullying behaviour, to support the resilience and emotional well-being of children and young people, to promote kindness and friendship and to help children, young people and adults recognise and respond effectively to bullying behaviour.

We are one of the most dedicated anti-bullying charities and have won a number of awards for our work. BulliesOut has an outstanding reputation which has only been made possible because of the fantastic support of our team, businesses, fundraisers and supporters.
