In It Together
Creating a Leagacy of Kindness, Resilience and Community Led Change – Together
BulliesOut’s ‘In It Together’ programme unites schools and businesses to prevent bullying behaviour, empowering young people with the confidence, resilience and wellbeing skills they need to soar.

How It Works
What if the next generation never knew what it meant to experience bullying behaviour at school?
What if there was a way of creating safe and inclusive learning spaces where everyone could thrive?
What if your business could be part of the solution?
Supporting anti-bullying initiatives in schools gives businesses the chance to make a real, lasting difference in their communities. By partnering with schools, businesses help create safe, inclusive spaces where students can thrive -boosting wellbeing, supporting learning, and shaping the next generation of confident leaders. At the same time, your business stands out as a socially responsible force for positive change.
At BulliesOut, we build powerful partnerships between schools and socially responsible businesses. With your support, we can stop bullying behaviour before it starts and give young people the confidence and skills to reach their full potential.
Through our ‘In It Together’ programme, your business can support a school, helping deliver anti-bullying and wellbeing workshops, training, resources, and the chance to achieve our ‘Excellence in Anti-Bullying Award‘. Together, we can create safer, stronger, more resilient schools.
How Does My Business Benefit?
In addition to the practical advantages of tax relief and supporting your corporate social responsibility objectives, our decades of experience working with hundreds of thousands of children demonstrate that your support can create a meaningful and lasting impact on young lives by:
- Helping to change their school culture
- Supporting their mental health
- Supporting their emotional resilience
- Supporting their ability to overcome adversity
- Ensuring they don’t just survive, but are able to thrive
They can then achieve their full potential and go on to change the world.
So, who wouldn’t want to be part of that?
Your business will be featured on our website and social media, showcasing your commitment to creating positive change. You will also be acknowledged as a sponsor of the Excellence in Anti-Bullying Award, celebrating the meaningful social impact your organisation is making.

How Does A School Benefit?
- When we DISEMPOWER young people, we don’t just shape their future; we shape the future of our communities, our schools, and our society. Using a range of strategies, mentoring, workshops and training, we encourage and empower people to take positive action to keep themselves and others safe and to speak out against bullying behaviour. Using positive, practical resources, activities and tools we help them become more aware of how their behaviour (both online and offline) can impact others.
- An inclusive and safe learning environment isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. It is the basis that every generation need to lead, innovate, and inspire. A school will benefit from visits from our team who will introduce the programme to their teaching staff and also lead interactive, engaging, activities in the classroom – bringing our work to life. Accessing support and guidance is essential and we deliver training programmes to empower those who work with children and young people to identify bullying behaviours in more detail, helping to create environments where all children and young people feel safe, included and supported and feel able to build positive, respectful relationships with one another.
- A generation that feels empowered, resilient and included is a human right. Children and young people need support to develop positive relationships, both face to face and online. They need to learn how to resolve conflict, to negotiate peer pressure and to take positive action in a bullying situation. BulliesOut workshops, youth engagement programmes and campaigns have a central focus on promoting positive, respectful relationships that teach young people to recognise bullying behaviours both in themselves and others, and take positive action to deal with it.
- Our workshops cover a range of anti-bullying, kindness and wellbeing themes and are designed to be inclusive, interactive and age appropriate. They are jargon free and are designed to challenge, encourage debate and participation and motivate children and young people to create a safe, inclusive and accepting environment.
- Empowerment isn’t about removing challenges; it’s about giving young people the tools to face those challenges with courage and confidence. Building the confidence, self-esteem and resilience of children and young people is at the core of our work. Being resilient can help them to manage stressful situations, protect them from mental ill-health and improve their health and well-being. By using a range of strategies and activities to help build the resilience and wellbeing of young people, we can empower them to take positive action to keep themselves and others safe.
- Become the catalyst for lasting change – where every child and young person feels seen, heard, and valued. Where we co-create inclusive and supportive spaces, that gives them the foundation to thrive. By developing a positive ethos across a whole school, organisation or workplace, we can create an environment that meets the emotional, academic and social needs of pupils and staff.
