A Proactive Approach to Addressing Bullying Behaviour
Exploring Bullying Behaviour in a Safe, Inclusive Way
As pupils progress through their school career they will have undoubtedly witnessed, experienced, or even participated in acts of bullying behaviour.
Our programme includes 14 interactive and creative one hour workshops alongside 2 engaging assembly presentations, designed to connect with young people of all ages. Through these sessions, participants explore what bullying behaviour really means, reflect on their own role in the bullying cycle – whether as bystanders, those impacted, and those who display the behaviour – and learn positive ways to intervene and prevent it from happening.
The goal? To equip young people with the skills and empathy they need to grow into confident, compassionate adults who contribute to kinder, more supportive communities.
Most young people understand what bullying behaviour looks like and know it’s important to speak up when they see it happening. Yet, sadly, many still suffer in silence while their peers watch on without stepping in. It’s a tough situation, and sometimes the usual school routine isn’t enough to break that cycle.
That’s where professional support from outside experts can make a real difference. Bringing in someone new often helps young people open up in ways they might not with familiar faces. Exploring difficult topics from a fresh perspective can spark meaningful conversations, increase understanding, and create a space where learning and positive change can really happen.
By enriching the everyday curriculum with this kind of support, schools can better empower young people to not only recognise bullying behaviour but to feel confident in standing up against it — together.

Our workshops
Our workshops are crafted to be fun, inclusive, and interactive – perfectly suited for schools, youth groups, and community settings. Covering a wide range of topics like anti-bullying, kindness, respect and well-being, they’re designed without jargon, making them easy to understand and relatable for all ages. We aim to spark thoughtful discussions, encourage active participation, and inspire young people to help build safe, welcoming, and supportive environments.
Whether you need a session for a specific age group or want a workshop tailored to your unique goals and schedule, we’re happy to work with you to create the perfect fit.
Although each of our workshops for young people have their own individual outcomes, each one will also:

Identify types of bullying behaviour
Reinforce the importance of reporting bullying behaviour
Identify methods of reporting bullying behaviour
“Our children thoroughly enjoyed the Hand of Courage Workshop. The whole concept is engaging, creative and one that really encourages them to think about their behaviour, friendship and respect.
Each workshop was tailored to the ages of the children which made it understandable and accessible to all. Brilliant!”
