The peer mentor training delivered by BulliesOut has provided the pupils of the school community with positive role models.

The peer mentor training delivered by BulliesOut has provided the pupils of the school community with positive role models. The programme has led to greater interaction between the key stage 3 and 4 pupils and effectively builds confidence in the pupils to discuss their concerns. A culture of ‘a problem shared is a problem halved’ is beginning to develop and the senior pupils in the school providing the peer mediation and listening support get a real buzz and sense of reward. They recognise the responsible and vital role the programme plays in developing a supportive school community.
